Semi-hydraulic three-diaphragm pump. For use with aggressive chemicals. Parts in contact with spray liquid re-inforced nylon, Kynar and stainless steel 316L. Diaphragms in BlueFlex™. O rings in Viton®. Three diaphragm design ensures smooth pumping action with minimum pulsation in pressure line. Pressure die cast aluminium pump body with oil bath design for internal mechanical components, transparent oil sight glass for easy checking of oil level. Upon request remote mount oil sight glass kit available. Upon request oil level sensor kit available. Oil drainage plug. Pistons with steel piston ring for high efficiency “ oil cushion “ to ensure long diaphragm life. New design for fixing the diaphragm to the piston to avoid damage to the diaphragm, even under difficult operating conditions. Valves with a special spherical design to help flow of liquid though the pump, increasing volumetric efficiency. Robust pump mounting feet fixed to pump body. External nuts and bolts in 304 grade steel. Pump shaft 1 3/8” six spline or cylindrical with key. Different drive options available : gearbox for coupling to 4 stroke engines, electric motors, pulley drive and flanges for drive with hydraulic motor
