The line wire feed from coil wire and cross wire should be per-straightened and pre-cut.the cross wire are feed from the double hopper device automatically,it can feed 2 different length of cross wires in the same mesh panels to reserve the designed cage door for cage.This machine adopts plc control system&touch screen input,servo motor for pulling mesh and mesh size is accurate,can set different cross wire space randomly in the same mesh panels,it’s very easy operate ans also welding speed is high,it can set length of mesh panel and cutting mesh automatically. This machine can weld the opposite one line wire as the reinforcemet bar of the cage.
