Side shifter GC series

1、The actual comprehensive bearing capacity of forklift / accessories shall be obtained from the forklift manufacturer. 2、It is required to add one group of additional oil lines to the forklift. 3、Special width Sideshifter can be provided as required. In terms of hydraulic system: the piston rod adopts the integral type, with simple structure, which is convenient for processing and maintenance; the seal adopts the NOK series products, with reliable quality; it is designed with a throttling plate, which can adjust the sideshift speed.   In terms of structural parts: the upper guide rail adopts pressure parts with high utilization rate of materials; the lower hook of side shifter adopts forgings, which is convenient for assembly and adjustment, with novel structure and reliable quality; the oil cylinder and frame are reliably connected, which will not cause scattering or damage during transportation and assembly.   Mechanical performance: the side shifter oil cylinder adopts the design of buffer device, which can automatically reduce the speed of side movement when the stroke reaches the end, and can protect the goods; meanwhile, it is fixed with locknut, which has safe and reliable performance.
