The task of hygiene in cellar areas is to avoid the creation of any microbiological conditions outside the wine container (barrel, tank) since otherwise, the risk of uncontrolled influences on winemaking is run. A hygienic cellar ensures reproducible results instead of coincidences. The devices CAT-HA-6000 work autonomously or as functional units with air conditioning systems. Design and dimensioning of the devices are determined by Anseros Engineering.
