Description

On-line analyzer with process quality for ozone dissolved in the water phase. Professional selective meaurement of the ozone concentration, undisturbed by other oxidizing agents like peroxides and organic ozonides. Most suitable to avoid the formation of bromate during ozonization. Highest sensitivity for the detection of residual ozone in waste water in which ozone was used e.g. for the removal of pesticides and pharmaceuticals. Reliable for all kinds of water, even if containing bubbles, turbidity, solids, iron and manganese, hydroxide flocs, color and dissolved organics. + Potable water, desalinated water and UPW + Bottling of bromate-free water, sterilization of bottles + Washing of fruits and vegetables + Advanced oxidation technologies for waste water treatment (AOP, AOT) + Chilled water recirculation with disinfection (legionella containment) + Recycling of groundwater and solid waste (garbage) + Grey and black water oxidation and disinfection + Odor removal (especially mercaptanes) + Reduction of the energy consumption of large ozone generator stages + Ozone pilot projects for engineering systems + Processing of water for semiconductor and wafer manufacturing Measuring range: 0.001 – 1.999 / 19.99 / 199.9 / 1999 mg O3/m3 water Sensitivity: 0.001 mg O3/m3 water ( 1 pptw ) Water flow: > 80 l/h Approvals: CEN/TR 14740, CEN/TC164, DIN19627, CE
