Chock

Bearing chock is one of the most important parts of rolling equipments such as rolling mill and skin pass mill, and it supports the rolls while rotating in high speed, it realized the function of strip rolling and rolls changing. Anssen has sufficient capacity and good performance in manufacturing bearing chocks in different sizes of work rolls, intermediate rolls and back-up rolls in hot & cold rolling mills. It has built up all necessary means, devices and instruments to perform non-destructive tests on the castings and forgings; it established chock machining center equipped with kinds of specialized high-precision CNC machine tools. At present, it has the capacity of annual turnout more than 800 chocks for different rolling mills. Material: Q235B/Q345B/42CrMo/ZG35CrMo,bore max Ø1300.
