The Anubis 3D Area Surface Grippers are designed and engineered for customization. We offer several widths from 100mm to 200mm, and various lengths in 50mm increments up to 800mm long. Suction cups, or foam, we have you covered with sizes and materials in pitch patterns of 25mm, or 50mm square. Want to Pick different size objects with the same surface gripper? Consider using our check valve system that can seal unused exposed suction ports. Not accurate enough? All Area Surface Grippers consists of a 3D printed plenum attached to a quick-connect, allowing the quick swap of plenums according to your application. Our Area Surface Grippers are an all-in-one solution. The robot side of the quick connect contains solenoid valves, vacuum generators, vacuum sensors, and the I/O link interface card for easy plug and play functionality with your robot. This variant of ASG is a width of 100 and a length of 300mm and equipped with Anubis 3D’s proprietary nozzle that accommodates control valves connected to suction cups. This 153 gripper is powered by two 76.8 liters per minute ejectors for a total suction rate of 153 l/min, a perfect solution for pairing with a collaborative robot.
