This CNC turning center was designed with mechanical and electrical integration structure, the layout is reasonable and covering space is small. The machine bed is slant bed(45 degree)and box-shaped structure casted with the material of tough cast iron (HT300) by one-time molding casting technology, and processed by the imported high-precision pentahedral machining center using one-time clamping processing. The main motor and feed motor are used FANUC servo motor, ball screw and patented linear guide use HIWIN made in Taiwan. Spindle material is chrome molybdenum alloy steel, spindle structure is front fixed and rear floating support, and by using large diameter P4 grade (JIS) high precision cylindrical roller bearings and high-speed bevel contact ball bearings achieves radial and axial withstand and synthetic load. Spindle motor uses FANUC latest P18 wide-area high-performance AC servo motor, stepless speed, and uses high accuracy position encoder, which makes the spindle index, spindle bore is 62mm. Ball screw and spindle bearings both are used NSK bearing made in Japan. The standard hydraulic tailstock is equipped, hydraulic chuck is 10 inch made in Taiwan, turret adopts the Italian 12-station power turret, power tool can be interchanged on all positions of this turret. The CNC control system adopts the internationally acclaimed FANUC 0i TF control system (also can choose other system according to the user's request).
