Description

Unit for heat recuperation (recovery) in demanding industrial applications according to the clients process demands For Liquid/Gas (e.g. Water/Air) or Gas/Gas (e.g. Air/Air) heat recovery Applicable with finned tube (usually for liquid/water heat exchange), bare tube (usually gas/gas heat exchanger) or pillow plate heat exchanger elements (special requirements such as very polluted exhaust air) Etractable with CIP (cleaning in place systems) Customized according to client specification and request Materials And Characteristic Values Housing: Stainless steel (AISI 304 and AISI 316) with mineral wool insulation Finned tubes: Stainless steel (AISI 304 or AISI 316) Fins: Aluminum or stainless steel (with CIP) Air volume: up to 200’000 kg/h per device Air temperatures: depending on application and additional equipment, different exhaust air temperatures are possible Heat Recovery Systems We provide complete heat recovery systems (i.e. exhaust-gas heat recuperators, flue gas heat recuperators, pre-heaters and pumping stations Our Systems recover heat from exhaust air and flue gas (from combustion processes - if available) to preheat inlet air to be heated up for process applications (e.g. spray dryer) Significant energy and net savings due to short payback times (often below 2 or even 1 year) combined with the long product lifetime of often more than 30 years Significant CO₂-reduction for your company
