APACKS Automatic Overflow Filler for Corrosive Products is engineered to fill products like acid solutions, etching chemicals, lime and calcium removers, pH lowering liquids, vinegar, citric concentrates, bleaches, brine solutions and more. The entire fluid path resists corrosion, from the pump to the check value. Built on a heavy duty, welded 304 stainless steel frame and mounted on four heavy duty leveling legs, this Filler offers superb flexibility with touch-screen PLC controls and adjustable nozzle stroke and nozzle spacing. The Corrosive Overflow Filler is available with one to sixteen heads and, like any of APACKS machines, can be designed for exterior corrosion resistance in environments that can shorten equipment life.
