Description
APB produces water tanks adapted to all dump trucks available in the market.
MATERIALS QUALITY
Tank material and anchoring to the truck in S690Q. Piping for sprinklers, water pump and cannon in Stainless Steel or S355.
METAL TREATMENT AND INSPECTION
The water tanks are treated with a Sa2 ½ shot blasting and an internal zinc-rich primer, which provides a better adherence to the sheet metal. On the other hand, all welds are inspected with magnetic particles or penetrating liquids to guarantee water tightness.
EXCELLENT BALANCE
Fully wall baffled system for reduced liquid surge and improved load stability during transit. Hydraulic pumps in both carbon steel and stainless steel to withstand corrosion in certain types of water.
