The PA95 is a 900V power operational amplifier designed as a low-cost solution for driving continuous output currents up to 100mA and pulse currents up to 200mA for high voltage applications including instrumentation, piezoelectric transducers, and electrostatic transducers and deflection. This MOSFET power amplifier exhibits a very low 1.6mA of quiescent current and external compensation provides flexibility in choosing bandwidth and slew rate for the application. Housed in a space saving, electrically isolated 8-pin PowerSIP package, the PA95 lends itself to high-density circuit board layouts.
