The PA94 is a very high 900V power operational amplifier designed as a low-cost solution for driving continuous output currents up to 100mA and pulse currents up to 200mA in high-voltage applications including instrumentation, piezoelectric transducers and electrostatic transducers and deflection. External compensation with the PA94 provides flexibility in choosing bandwidth and slew rate for the application. Housed in a space saving, electrically isolated 8-pin PowerSIP package, the PA94 lends itself to high density circuit board layouts.
