Introduction: AD-C1 is a non-contact type jetting nozzle, which can provide a better efficiency than the traditional contacting dispensing method. Due to the absence of motion around the Z- axis as that in traditional method, the dispensing speed of AD-C1 is three times faster than pin type nozzle. It is a multi-liquid dispenser that can be used with MEMS (micro mechanical electronic system) encapsulation, silver paste, IC underfill glue, sealant, surface mount glue etc. Even in a gap as narrow as hundreds of microns, the nozzle can still accomplish a precision dispensing at the weight level of 0.01mg.
