The horizontal packaging machine Flow Pack EFP FS 15 with rotating end seal crimps is suitable for packaging small size solid products in pillow bag form with flexible packaging film. It has two sealing jaws per axis, length of 150mm and small axial distance for high packaging speed, up to 200 pcs/min. EFP FS 15 model integrates three servo driven motors for controlling machine's main motion axes as well as touch screen functionality for setting machine's parameters. It is the fastest Flow Pack machine of the EFP FS series and is used for packaging small size products in big capacities like cookies, cereal bars or sesame bars. Cantilevered and sturdy construction yet this machine is very easy in use, cleaning and maintenance. GENERAL FEATURES • The machine is manufactured according to the European Directive for machinery safety and is CE certified • Manufactured by stainless steel AISI 304 • Left to right operation • Three axis system of servo driven motors for motion control of the infeed conveyor, longitudinal sealing wheels and transversal sealing crimps • Optional fourth servo driven motor for motion control of the film infeed • Coloured touch screen functionality for setting machine’s parameters • The control allows data storage (recipes) of the machine set up for each product separately • Unprinted or printed packaging film can be used with photocell operation for centering print registration • Three or four pairs of fin wheels are used for pulling and sealing the film and turnover the fin • Two sealing jaws per axis, length of 150mm • Zig zag pattern cut blade with anvil to suit • Fixed film folding box or adjustable former is used depending on the product
