The horizontal packaging machine Flow Pack RJ INV 25 with rotating end seal crimps is suitable for packaging medium size solid products in pillow bag form with flexible packaging film. The RJ INV 25 wrapper belongs to the type of packaging machines called Inverted Flow Pack because the film reel is placed below the product motion level and the longitudinal sealing wheels are located above the product motion level – Top Seal. In this way the packaging film wraps around the product from below and transfers it, with the help of a conveyor belt, to the transversal sealing jaws. The infeed conveyor can be manufactured either with conveyor belt or with lugs This machine is mainly used for solid products of uneven size and shape as well for packages that contain more than one product. Typical packaging applications are agricultural products of small height, bakery products and plastic parts of different sizes and shapes.
