Description

Analysis of the amount of silica in the water (with graphic display) Multifunctional microprocessor analyzer to analyse the amount of silica in the water. Possibility to program two alarm set points (pre-alarm and alarm). The DUROMAT® Diamond system controls the quality of the water; this allows to avoid problems or damages caused by the presence of Silica when a programmed threshold is exceeded. FEATURES With display of the measurement result. 4 programmable relay outputs: max value 1, max. value 2 (or minimum and maximum value), control for: cooler, wash valve, pump, error, indicator failure or remote signaling 1 output 0 (4) -20mA: result of the analysis (linear hardness) or operation 2 programmable digital inputs: water meter, turbine water meter (Hall), flow meter (start/stop), external start analysis or stand-by commands. SD card connection: saving and data/results/error transfer with date and time, remote software update. You can repeat a not good analysis as soon as the maximum value is exceeded, without giving an alarm signal (change of the status of the output relay). Extensive program of operation control, relay operation, Leeds drive, accessory control. Cycle of the analysis: opening of the inlet solenoid valve – washing of the measuring chamber for a set time – control of water transparency (zero test) – reagent dosing using peristaltic pumps – analysis result (on display) – final cleaning of the measurement chamber – the instrument stops waiting for the next analysis (timed start, volumetric, manual or with external signal).
