Description
PIPE INSPECTION SYSTEM
This system is used to inspect welds inside of pipe using and automated camera.
The system coats the inside of the pipe with a liquid dye penetrant.
Two high resolution CCTV cameras are included for multiple views.
A camera control panel allows for remote adjustment of things like magnification.
UV tests may be performed, like the one shown in this video.
When inspection is complete, the camera is replaced with a spray lance.
Water is sprayed to wash away the liquid dye penetrant.
Air is sprayed to dry the part when inspection is finished.
