Storage transport rack ARG15

for gas bottles

ARG15 is a steel pallet for storing and transporting 12 cylinders of 33 kg . The containers can be stacked on 2 levels. They are made of S235JR steel and hot-dip galvanized according to EN-ISO 1461 for long-term corrosion protection. All profiles, tubes and sheets were produced using laser cutting technology, which guarantees 100% repeatability and the absence of sharp edges. The ARG15 has been designed for safe and ergonomic operation as well as for the safety of gas transportation. The product is equipped with four holders for fixing belts, a hinged flap made of non-slip checkered sheet metal for comfortable winding and removal of the cylinder from the pallet. The ARG15 is transported by forklifts. The gas cylinders rest on a solid floor made of 50 x 30 mm steel profiles. The identification data is placed on a sheet metal plate with dimensions of 140 x 90 mm. At the customer's request, it is possible to laser engrave the company logo.
