ARG33 is a steel basket for storing and transporting 12 bottles of 50 liters. This product is constructed from bolted modules and its assembly is carried out using the simplest tools. This feature allows loading a large quantity of product into a sea container or by road transport. This means cheap transportation over long distances. The second important advantage of the modular structure is the possibility of replacing individual components in case of damage during operation. This is a significant reduction in cost when using the ARG33. It is made of S235JR steel and galvanized according to EN-ISO 1461 for long-term corrosion protection. All profiles, tubes and sheets were produced using laser cutting technology, which guarantees 100% repeatability and the absence of sharp edges. The ARG33 is equipped with belt holders. They allow cylinders to be fixed on three levels. The product has a hinged flap made of non-slip checkered sheet metal, allowing comfortable rolling in and out of the basket cylinder. The ARG33 is transported with forklifts that lift it from below. Empty baskets can be stacked on 3 levels. The gas bottles rest on a solid steel grid consisting of 3 flat bars of 30 mm with a mesh of 33 mm. The identification data is placed on an aluminum plate measuring 115 x 35 mm. At the customer's request, it is possible to laser engrave the company logo.
