Continuous and discontinuous mixing system blending
Arcomet7 has 2 mixing systems: Continuous Blending and Discontinuous Blending.
Both processes, despite being different, result in large productions and high-quality homogeneous mixtures. They can be used for multiple sectors such as: fertilizers, feed, seeds, phytosanitary…,etc.
The continuous and discontinuous blending process is suitable for powdered materials as well as granules, with the possibility of dosing liquids when necessary.
• The continuous mixing system is made up of 2 or more stainless steel hoppers and a collector auger that transports the final product to the discharge outlet. For the mixing and production process the material is constantly dosed, the dosing speed can be regulated by a frequency inverter according to the desired production in a given period of time.
• The cycle mixing system is carried out by the HLV FR mixer, a machine designed specifically for this sector with a double helix mixing system that does not damage or deteriorate the products to be mixed.
In order to regulate the quantity and to achieve the production according to the desired cycles/batches in a given time, the process can be regulated by a frequency inverter.
All the mixing processes are controlled by the A-9040 equipment which inter-connects all the elements involved in the process. Based on what has been previously formulated, it will regulate the hoppers or conveyor belts to carry out the necessary dosage of the raw material. The equipment is connected to a touch panel PC that allows the visualisation and control of the whole process.
