The ACE-SDE Uniaxial Controller + Microstep Driver is superbly engineered to provide high speed and super efficient services in a gamut of applications. The device is equipped with avant-garde communication systems such as USB 2.0 and RS-485 communication network providing speeds of 9600 to 115,000 bps. The device incorporates an easy, user-friendly interface and digital IO networking. It has a voltage input of 12 to 48 VDC and opto-isolated Home, +Limit and -Limit inputs. It is also provided with six opto-isolated digital inputs, A/B/Z type differential encoder inputs, two 10-bit analog inputs and two opto-isolated digital outputs. The unit is conducive to on-the-fly changing of velocity. It is provided with StepNLoop closed loop algorithm and an acceleration profile control that displays an S-curve or Trapezoidal curve.
