Ardesia presents high water painting booth. It is ideal for absorbing and demolishing the pigments and fumes released from paint-spray, which is made using organic synthetic solvents and water. Pigments and fumes are removed with a triple frontal veil. This veil comprises of water filter and nebulisers. Additionally plastic trays are used as a drop separator filter for separating water droplets. Paint stop filter drawers with metallic drawers are used for filtration of air. The booth has been constructed with modular panels made from galvanized press-folded sheet iron. Its typical use is for over-sized painting elements. Galvanized pre-painted sheet iron has been used for veils. Both the central as well as inferior veils can be opened. It features a centrifugal electrical fan with an antispark design. Electrical panel is wired with IP55 protection. The wired ceiling light has IP65 protection. The booth also has a wired immersion stainless steel pump. It also includes a timer, an emergency button, and change section. It features predisposition for pressurization.
