The AWH Pipe features stainless steel body which is good for pipe line systems within the food industry. The pipes are grinded in a fully-automated facility to pass the DIN EN 10357 K400 standard and in accordance to DIN EN 10357
The CC's inner surface is pickled W2(b) and passivated Ra < 0.8 µm area of weld seam Ra < 1.6 µm and the outer surface is pickled W2(b) and passivated. The CD's is pickled W2(b) and passivated Ra < 0.8 µm area of weld seam Ra < 1.6 µm and the outer surface is ground Ra<1.o µm.
The BC is annealed and pickled, or bright annealed, W2R(b), l1g or l2g Ra < 0.8 µm area of weld seam Ra < 1.6 µm and the outer surface is pickled and passivated or bright annealed W2A(b), W2R(b), l1g or l2g.
