Stainless steel sight glass

AWH presents sight glasses. The inline sight glasses have a shock-proof glass cylinder installed between two flanges with sealing, and clutched by stud bolts. A defined pre-tension is maintained between the seal and the glass cylinder by the stop in the stud bolts. They have plastic safety screens, which meet optimum vision requirements and also guard against glass splinters. The renowned metal screen can also provide splinter protection as an alternative. Sight glasses have a pane of tempered glass, which is screwed to a male part with a welded end. It is screwed with two seals and a grooved nut. The glass is borosilicate, thus providing high strength and thermal stability. AWH sight glass fitting is made of DIN stainless steel. It is meant for fitting in pipelines. It has been designed and made to provide visual control of fluid flow in food, chemical and pharmaceutical sectors as well as low-germ applications. It can handle flow media such as water, liquids, food, steam from chemical and pharmaceutical sector based on hygienic standards.
