Description

Alpha stacking valves are the most economic method of ganging valves. This is because the manifold is eliminated. They feature a flipout design with circuits that can be mounted in a compact area, zinc manifold, end plate and valve body, bonded ground spool, etc. To swing the valve up and out, the plate cap screws need to be loosened. The Alpha series can be ordered as three- or two-position valves. When stacked, they become four-ported/four-way valves. The common end plate ports are 3/8" in size and the working ports in the body are 1/8" or ¼". The durable ground spool provides impressive shift response and resists wear and tear. The Alpha series features large air passages that enable high-flow characteristics. There are numerous options for controls: solenoid/solenoid, solenoid/spring, pilot/spring, pilot/pilot or solenoid/pilot.
