ZW401 twin-shaft cutting unit our multi-purpose cutting unit. It can be used as an external and internal rotor and cuts the material to be shredded both between the cutting blades and to the fixed counter-blade bars. Thanks to an integrated stripper function, even the most difficult materials can be shredded to a fine grain size, e.g. endless belts, wires, cables, textiles, as well as various forms of chips and materials. This cutting unit can therefore be used for a wide range of applications. The size of the shredded material can be precisely adjusted using the sieve system. In addition to the high volume reduction, this also achieves a transportable, pumpable and absorbent quality.
