Description
The PSA seal type has been conceived to work on the piston and it can be used for simple or double effect.
Its has asymmetrical lips which ensure a continuous contact with the bore, even in case of high
misalignments.
The installation is done in semi-open groove by overlapping, since the material has a high modulus
of elasticity.
The material used is a polyurethane with a high modulus of elasticity, low compression set and high
wear resistance.
Compound reference: C0
Remove any flash or cutting edges on the piston where the seal is housed.
Provide a lead-in chamfer in the bore to have an easier piston insertion.
Lubricate the packing before installation.
