The AS 5070-P-LCD cartridge gun applies hot melt adhesives from 310 ml aluminium cartridges in beads and lines Pneumatic hot melt glue output The AS 5070-P-LCD lets you apply hot melts adhesives as beads and lines. The hot melt glue is extruded through air pressure. Pneumatic glue guns increase work speed and simplify exact dosing of the glue. High performance electronic temperature regulation with LCD-Display Thanks to the built in electronic temperature regulation the glue gun is ready to work within 3 to 10 minutes. Furthermore, it keeps the temperature on a constant level thus is perfect suit for processing temperature-sensitive hot melt glue. A LCD-Display and push buttons allow a precise temperature adjustment. This way, the user always knows the current temperature of the glue applicator and is able to apply the glue at the intended temperature. Work with 310 ml cartridges (e.g. PUR hot melt) The AS-5070-P-LCD glue gun uses 310 ml aluminium hot melt glue cartridges, which for instance can contain PUR hot melt glue or POR hot melt adhesives. The cartridges can be swapped easily and hassle-free. The optional cartridge pre-heater heats up the glue before use and increases the available glue output per hour. Additional nozzles expand application patterns The number of possible application patterns is widely extended by our wide nozzle range. Great for testing hot melts A cartridge glue gun in combination with empty cartridges lets you test and process different hot melts within a short period of time. This is especially useful for working in laboratories or when qualifying a new hot melt adhesive for a big production line.
