Description

The Ashcroft® 1305D and 1305DH portable deadweight testers are primary pressure standards that include a pressure source for generating precise calibration points. The unit’s built-in shuttle valve provides the means to control the rate of pressure increase, while precision adjustment is accomplished with an integral micro vernier displacement valve. An ideal, rugged field-ready primary standard, the 1305s are certified to yield consistent and accurate results. Key Features: Accuracy ±0.1% of reading NIST traceable primary pressure standard Includes complete set of weights for pressure generation Dual Range system includes Low and High pressure piston assemblies Portable, includes metal “tool box” for protection and portability Includes tools and adapters to accommodate most calibration requirements Applications: Industrial Market: Test and Measurement Calibration Laboratories Accuracy Within ±0.1% of produced pressure (adjusted for standard gravity conditions; compensation for local gravity effects may be required) Reservoir Volume Approximately 1.5 pints (0.7 liter) Pump Body Materials Aluminum alloy Piston & Cylinder Materials Stainless Steel Operating Fluid 1305D – SAE 20 automotive or machine oil 1305DH – Phosphate or glycol base hydraulic fluids Monsanto Skydrol 500B-4 or equal Note: Not for use with water medium.
