Description

The AI.MMPV range of oval gear oil and fuel meters are positive displacement oval gear flow meters that are optimized for fuel and oil metering applications. They are constructed using a robust die-cast aluminum body suitable for use in the harshest environments. This unique rotor design ensures minimal wear resulting in many years of reliable service. This approach has proven over time to deliver consistently accurate flow measurement that is not affected by temperature variations, viscosity or pressure. Another benefit of our unique rotor design is simplicity of repair. With only 2 moving parts, our counters are simple to repair, requires a minimum stock of repair parts, and can be too repaired online, resulting in less downtime. Oval gear flow meters are ideal for applications that require accurate dispensing quantities. Measurement of very low flow rates, pulsating flows e non-conductive liquids are all ideal uses for oval gear meters. Because these meters do not require flow conditioning, not a straight piping is required, so they can be used in installations where space is limited without affecting performance.
