Robots used in blast furnace forging processes can only operate within a specific temperature range (between 40 and 50 degrees). To avoid downtime for your robots in the moulding and forging processes, it is important to use a robust protective cover for the robot, which can also be ventilated if necessary to cool the motors. During forming, glowing parts can fall onto the robot and damage its surface or unprotected harnesses. Your robot also needs to be protected from radiant heat.
