The CR100 is an industrial color sensors.The sensor can recognize finest color differences on surfaces. The sensor consist of an optical fiber connection so that the device can be adapted to many applications. The device can be parameterized with buttons because of the sophisticated control concept. The sensor consist of a PC tool. This PC tool visualizes the settings and handle the 350 colors which can be stored in the sensor. The sensor comes with a compact LED. The sensor can quickly respond from 50 µs. The sensor can recognize color via trigger. The sensor also has a long-term stability of color recognition. The sensor can be used to abrasion measurement, color inspection, PET preform inspection, presence check, print mark detection and for packing in sandwich counter.
