Description

Description The line loading station AES 05 is used to automatically feed PCB ́s into a SMT-production line or into individual process machines e.g. stencil printers, pick and place systems, reflow ovens or test systems. The unit consists of a loading and an unloading conveyor for magazines, a lifting axle with a magazine platform, a transfer conveyer to the following unit and an electrically driven pusher. The conveyorsfor the Magazines are situated next to each other on the same level. The magazines are loaded onto the loading conveyor and transported into position on the magazine platform. From this position the PCB’s are extracted. The empty magazine is then transported back on the parallel conveyor and stored until a manual removal.
