Description The line loading station AES 06 is used to automatically feed PCB ́s into a SMT-production line or into individual process machines e.g. stencil printers, pick and place systems, reflow ovens or test systems. The unit consists of two loading/unloading conveyors for magazines, a lifting axle with a magazine platform a transfer conveyor to the following unit and an electrically driven pusher. The magazine buffer conveyors are situated parallel to each other and above each other. The magazines are transported over the loading conveyor and clamped in place.The pusher then slides the PCB`s out of the magazine onto the conveyor. The empty magazine is then transported over the upper (unloading) conveyor and stored until manual removal.
