Inductors are significant elements, for their design, sizing and construction, to obtain the best performance from the induction system. In particular, their sizing is the result of complex theoretical calculations, various simulations using specific software and for some applications to experimental test results. To obtain the maximum coupling efficiency of the inductor, it is therefore necessary to carry out a project in such a way as to have a minimum distance between the inductor and the part to be heated. ATE carries out accurate design with verification also through experimental tests of these inductors, using its enormous consolidated experience and dedicated calculation programs, research contracts with university departments and the precious contribution of the high professionalism and experience of its technicians and collaborators.
