Description

-A high-performance, low-cost sensor that offers the highest resolution, accuracy, and stiffness available to provide a sense of touch to your application. -All electronics are built into the transducer body, which keeps the cost down and the footprint smaller. Like all of ATI's F/T products, the Axia90 features superior quality and robustness. -Available options for Ethernet, EtherCAT, and Serial communication. -Extremely High-Strength: Precision-machined from high-strength stainless steel. Maximum allowable single-axis overload values of 5.0 to 12.5 times rated capacities. -High Signal-to-Noise Ratio: Strain gages provide exceptional resolution and accuracies better than 2% full scale across all axes and calibrations. -IP67 Protection from dust, high pressure water spray, and submersion up to 1m for 30 minutes. -ISO 9409-1-50-7-M6 bolt pattern integrated directly into tool side of sensor. -Bolt-down interface design minimizes overall stack height. Typical Applications -Electronic assembly -Polishing -Real-time force control -Product testing -Pick and place -Collaborative robotics Stiffness (Calculated) X-axis & Y-axis forces (Kx, Ky) - 6.3x107 N/m Z-axis force (Kz) - 1.4x108 N/m X-axis & Y-axis torque (Ktx, Kty) - 9.6x104 Nm/rad Z-axis torque (Ktz) - 1.7x105 Nm/rad Resonant Frequency Fx, Fy, Tz - 2300 Hz Fz, Tx, Ty - 2900 Hz Physical Specifications Weight* - 0.78 kg Diameter* - 89.9 mm Height* - 26.9 mm
