Description

-A high-performance, low-cost sensor that offers the highest resolution, accuracy, and stiffness available to provide a sense of touch to your application. -All of the electronics are built into the transducer body, which keeps the cost down and the footprint smaller. Like all of ATI's F/T products, the Axia130 features superior quality and robustness. -Available with Ethernet, EtherCAT, and Serial (RS422 and RS485) communication. -Large thru-hole allows routing cables through center of sensor. -Extremely High-Strength: Precision-machined from high-strength stainless steel. Maximum allowable single-axis overload values of 5.0 to 10.5 times the maximum measurable loads. -High Signal-to-Noise Ratio: Strain gages provide exceptional resolution and accuracies better than 2% full scale across all axes and calibrations. -IP67 Protection from dust, high pressure water spray, and submersion up to 1m for 30 minutes. Typical Applications -Rehabilitation research -Product testing -Robotic assembly -Telerobotics -Orthopedic research -Part placement and removal in precision fixtures Stiffness (Calculated) X-axis & Y-axis forces (Kx, Ky) - 1.5x108 N/m Z-axis force (Kz) - 2.2x108 N/m X-axis & Y-axis torque (Ktx, Kty) - 2.8x105 Nm/rad Z-axis torque (Ktz) - 6.0x105 Nm/rad Resonant Frequency Fx, Fy, Tz - 2450 Hz Fz, Tx, Ty - 2900 Hz Physical Specifications Weight* - 1.88 kg Diameter* - 130 mm Height* - 39.2 mm
