Robust: the operator directly inserts the urn collected at the furnace in the sprayer without any more handling nor sorting the prothesis or metallic parts. Secured: Thanks to the multiple safety elements, the functioning of this machine is entirely secured for the operator. It is also perfectly hermetic, allowing the best traceability of the ashes. Clean: The filtrating unit vacuums the dusts during the calcius spraying cycle, but also during the transfer process to a funerary urn. Quiet: The spraying works silently thanks to the phonic insulation and to the double doors. This easy to use machine offers a quality workplace favouring hygiene, safety and cleanliness, while making the operator’s work easier. Option: cooler: During the spraying process, the machine ensures the calcius cooling through a closed-circuit water loop. At the end of the cycle, the calcius are at room temperature and can be given away to the families directly.
