Pneumatic manipulator Atis Mirus on column execution on a movable baseplate complete with suction cups tool suitable for handling and mounting refrigerators on vehicles. The equipment allows the gripping of different refrigerators types and permits a single operator to complete the work cycle independently from the refrigerator assembly and preparation to positioning and mounting on vehicle. More in details, the tool is equipped with a tilting group from horizontal to vertical and vice versa, a rotation with a mechanical frame block with suction cups and possibility of frame interchange for future applications. In addition, a telescopic handle system is implemented to allow the operator to remove refrigerators from the pallet at maximum altitudes, keeping the controls in an ergonomic position. Finally, a pneumatic rack-and-pinion locking system allows you to park the manipulator without the load in any vertical position, keeping it stationary even in case of lack of air.
