ATISMIRUS 500 - pneumatic manipulator suitable for rolls handling complete with 4.0 system for the management and the interface of the manipulator signals. A user recognition function through identification code allows the system to recognize the user who is using the manipulator enabling its use. System 4.0 is used to manage the working cycle execution signals, air supply pressure presence signal and balance regulation. These signals are displayed on the panel and made available to the operator who can perform the diagnosis and configuration of the system. The WiFi antenna allows the connection to the corporate network, and enables all the functionality interconnection of the system with the company and the operator of the same. The system can be supervised from the corporate network via the latest generation of PC, Smartphone and Tablet media. This manipulator allows the handling of reel rolls placed on decoiler with horizontal unwinding axis and their subsequent storage on pallets with vertical unwinding axis. The manipulator can handle rolls with different holds up to a maximum weight of 470 kg. The system is equipped with two permanent magnets equipped with pneumatic actuators for activation through the buttons on the handle. In addition, it is possible to quickly adjust the center distance of the two magnet groups by means of the special linear guide to allow the handling of rolls with variable dimensions. In addition, the manipulator can be moved by means of the special self-sustainable forklift base.
