The ATISmirus 300 model weight balancer is a pneumatically operated load lifter completed by a suction cup gripping tool that allows you to handle copper coils of different weights and diameters. The ATIS load zeroing devices allow the movement and handling of copper coils in total safety and ergonomics for the single operator. The primary purpose of ATIS is to optimize the production cycle by minimizing the risks related to the lifting of excessive weight by the operators. Moving 200 kg of reels from one work area to another is simpler and safer using the ATIS branded suction cup tool specifically designed to facilitate the movement and handling of loads by zeroing the weight and satisfying the conditions for each individual operator. The ATIS suction cup gripping system allows you to take the reel horizontally from the shaft equipped with a pusher and then allows it to be tilted vertically for depositing the product on the pallet or in the bin. For the handling of the different diameters, various suction cups have been created and the ATIS gripping system is implemented with interchange of the end part.
