The manipulator is designed for handling insulating glass at the end of a line; the gripping system allows the glass to be grasped in an inclined vertical position, parked for visual inspection, rotated and then placed on a stand. The column is intended to be installed behind the insulating glazing line. To allow optimum use of the manipulator’s operating radius, a rotary offset was integrated at a height of 3700 mm. Maximum load capacity is 250 kg, with a working radius of 4400 mm, including the rotary offset.
