Atis 300 pneumatic manipulator for gripping and handling terracotta pots
The movement includes several phases between the grip and the rotation plus the discharge of the product.
Different forks and grippers have been produced for the various types of jars that need to be moved, the pliers can be quickly interchanged without the use of special tools. The operator removes and assembles the different types of jaws in total autonomy.
The manipulator as seen in the photos was mounted on a structure already present in the production line of our customer after appropriate static checks of the structure.
