Pneumatic manipulator suitable for handling kerbs complete with 4.0 system for the management and the interface of the manipulator signals. Complete with user recognition function through identification code, it allows the system to recognize the user who is using the manipulator enabling its use. System 4.0 is used to manage the working cycle execution signals, the air supply pressure presence signal and the manipulator balance adjustment. These signals are displayed on the panel and made available to the operator who can perform the diagnosis and configuration of the system. The WiFi antenna of the system enables the connection to the corporate network, and all the functionality interconnection of the system with the company and the operator. The system can be supervised from the corporate network via PC, Smartphone and Tablet media. The device also allows a remote connection.
Sin particular the manipulator allows the handling of different types of kerbs with a maximum weight of up to 300 kg. The operator loads the kerb on a belt where it is transported to the sandblasting plant. In order to be able to carry out the loading cycle, the operator must be able to place the kerb on the conveyor belt with a correct orientation according to the surface to be worked. For this reason, interchangeable suction plates with double coupling and related handles with double-sided controls have been created.
