The ATISmirus 100 pneumatically operated weight balancer is an industrial manipulator also called zero-g lifter that we have implemented with a pneumatic gripper for lifting and tilting cantilever shelves. The working cycle foresees the horizontal grip of the shelf placed on the trolley with the U facing upwards, it will be tilted and released in a vertical axis on the welding machine. After welding, the product will be taken up again and released on a support. The process concludes with the last gripping of the shelf on the side and with its release onto the pallet horizontally.
