PW string wound filters provide reliable and efficient filtration while having an extended service life thanks to its outstanding dirt holding capacity. Its filter media is wound around the core to provide a filtration matrix creating torturous paths to trap particulate. Thus, ensuring effective depth filtration and making it suitable for nearly all operation and service conditions. The centre core is a unique helical design for added mechanical strength in challenging applications. The product complies with food contact regulation 21 CFR §177 - 182 and (EC) No 1935/2004 and subsequent amendments. Compatability PW filters are completely available in three different media as well as polypropylene and stainless steel core options, thus assuring a broad compatibility with a large number of applications.
