The Clean Peach Pitter (CP) is a stainless steel, water lubricated, cling and freestone peach pitter that operates at 91 peaches per minute. The CP halves and separates the pits (stones) from the fruit using Atlas' patented ESP technology. The CP offers the best of both pitting methods - torque pitting of good fruit, and spoon pitting of less than perfect pits.
