The construction of the S series boilers guarantees high output and efficiency at low flue gas temperatures, this ensuring reduced polluting emissions. The main technical elements of the design are: The careful design of the shapes, to ensure an optimum ratio between the combustion volumes and the heat exchange surfaces - the choice of materials used, for the long life of the boiler. The boilers feature pressurized combustion, with three flue passes, a horizontal-cylinder configuration and flame reversal in the furnace, completely cooled; the flame produced by the burner is reversed peripherally towards the front, where the flue gas enters the tube bundle,featuring turbulators to create a swirling path that increases the heat exchange by convection. On leaving the tube bundle, the flue gas enters the rear chamber and is transferred to the chimney. The boilers are fitted with a door featuring hinges that can be reversed for opening to the right or the left, and is adjustable in both height and depth. It provides a low heat loss from radiation thanks to the insulation of great thickness as well as front and back door insulation. Thermal insulation is composed by a thick layer of low conductivity and high density material, covered by a stainless steel metallic enclosure. The boiler could be optionally equipped with PLC including different communication protocols such as Modbus, Profibus, etc., enabling boiler integration in any industrial process. This boiler is certified in accordance with European Directive 2014/68/UE and optionally could be certified according to ASME, BS, DNV, EAC, DOSH, JIS and others.
