ATTSU BV is a steam boiler designed to recover the heat from engine or turbine exhaust at cogeneration facilities.
It's main summed up characteristics are:
The boilers BV are boilers in which with the gases coming from motors, cogeneration turbines or industrial incinerators steam is produced.
Pipe-tube boilers with one or two tubular bundles, designed to measure offering very high yields with a stable supply of steam.
Maximum use of the heat of the gases through a constant balance of water speeds, favoring an optimal exchange and maximum performance.
The gases enter through the receiving fume reception box and are evenly distributed in the tubular bundles, circulating in the longitudinal direction to the rear emission box where they are later introduced into the economizer for the subsequent heating of water from feeding.
In order to facilitate access to the water circuit, the BV have a manhole located in the upper generatrix and two additional ports located on the adjacent sides
Pintch Point inferior to 15ºC and Approach of 5ºC by means of economizador integrated, with our design, ATTSU guarantees the maximum performance and saving in its installation of recovery.
It provides a low heat loss from radiation thanks to the insulation of great thickness as well as front and back door insulation. Thermal insulation is composed by a thick layer of low conductivity and high density material, covered by a stainless steel metallic enclosure.
The boiler could be optionally equipped with PLC including different communication protocols such as Modbus, Profibus, etc., enabling boiler integration in any industrial process.
